When tech billionaire Slater King meets cocktail waitress Frida at his fundraising gala, he invites her and his friends on a dream vacation on his private island. We caught up with director Zoë Kravitz and her ensemble on the red-blinking carpet twice. Zoë Kravitz began writing Blink Twice under the original working title Pussy Island in 2017.
Frida: Something terrible is about to happen
Kravitz intended to keep this title for the film, but backlash from the MPAA, women and theaters prompted her to change it. Boa constrictors are non-toxic, so they couldn’t be used to make snake venom. Appeared in Late Night with Seth Meyers: Channing Tatum / Sabrina Ionescu (2024).

Paid The Cost Of Being A Boss (Boss) Written by Charles Bobbitt, James Brown & Fred Wesley. very disappointed. The idea was interesting and I was looking forward to it after seeing the trailer.
Just scene after scene of people getting drunk and stoned
But it was so slow – basically nothing happened for the first hour. Yes, they throw parties on billionaire island, we get it. The whole point of a psychological thriller is to build tension, but there was nothing but booze and drugs.
Then some action, flashbacks and bloodshed
This was followed by a very rushed and incredibly unbelievable ending. It was all over in the last 20 minutes, so I was just like, ‘Is this it?’ It could have been so much better.
